After you have a few companies coming out to do an estimate, choose the best two or three and ask them for references of people with similar jobs that they have completed in the last few months. Also, when functioning using the entrance open, watch out for falling parts and the door itself.

You might be in a position in which you cannot get into your garage because the entrance will not open. The balance of the door should be checked monthly also. It does not require much special care and there is no issue over decay or rot.
